Refund policy

Willow & Quill Co. has a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@willowandquillco.com. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items Custom/personalized items, gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
